Thankfully there is a base process to easily export views to XML files which can then later be imported to a new D365 environment. This is very efficient during the implantation and training phases where multiple D365 environments may be in play.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Locate a form with a personalized view:\n<ul>\n<li>Here I hid the \u201cKnown as\u201d field from the \u2018All sales orders\u2019 form.<\/li>\n<li>I ensured the form was using the custom view: \u2018My view\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Then I selected Options &gt; Personalize this page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-765\" src=\"http:\/\/markedcode.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Img1-300x122.png\" alt=\"Personalize View\" width=\"300\" height=\"122\" srcset=\"https:\/\/markedcode.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Img1-300x122.png 300w, https:\/\/markedcode.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Img1-1024x415.png 1024w, https:\/\/markedcode.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Img1-768x311.png 768w, https:\/\/markedcode.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Img1.png 1059w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Here I selected the ellipsis, then \u2018Export\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>This will generate an XML file named after the form and view.
